Copyright & DMCA Policy
Last updated: August 18, 2026
ATL Playbook respects intellectual property rights and provides this process for reporting material believed to infringe copyright.
Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe material on ATL Playbook infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a written notice through our Contact page and begin the message with “Copyright Notice.” You may also email info@atlplaybook.com.
Your notice should include
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The exact URL or sufficient information to locate the material on ATL Playbook.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Review and removal
We review notices for completeness and may request additional information. When appropriate, we may remove or restrict access to material and notify the person who supplied it. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a copyright notice may create legal liability.
Counter-notification
If your material was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, contact us for counter-notification instructions. A valid counter-notification generally requires identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury, consent to the appropriate federal court jurisdiction, your contact information, and your signature.
Designated agent status
This page provides a public copyright contact and notice procedure. It should not be interpreted as a representation that ATL Playbook has completed a U.S. Copyright Office designated-agent registration unless that registration is separately confirmed and current.
